Our expanding office is looking for a dependable, experienced and friendly dental administrator. This is a Part Time (potential Full time) position. Minimum of 2 year of experience is required as dental receptionist
Paperless office, Knowledge of Tracker is an asset
Expected job duties:

- Experience in optimizing schedule consistently for the doctor and hygienist
- Offer our patients a positive experience in person and on the phone with strong written and communication skills
- Making sure appointments are booked and following up with pre-auths
- Demonstrate ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Billing Insurance and collecting balances, Account receivables/payables
- Recall management/ Treatment Coordination

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
