Veterinary Receptionist

Team Pawsitive is looking to hire a Full-time Veterinary Medical Receptionist

This position is Monday to Friday, approx 38 hours/week starting at $17.50/hour

We are an integrative-holistic small animal clinic with two veterinarians and one RVT. We practice both conventional and alternative medicine on cats and dogs, so we look at things a little differently

The Veterinary Medical Receptionist is responsible for ensuring the quality of care and service provided to the pets and the people we care for is impeccable.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Booking appointments
- Usage of Practice Management Software
- Filling prescriptions
- Maintaining medical records
- Cleanliness of front office

- Previous Veterinary experience preferred but not required.

**Experience**:

- receptionist: 1 year (required)
- Veterinary: 1 year (preferred)
