**Job Summary**:
We are actively seeking highly motivated and results-driven Online Closers to join our sales team. As an Online Closer, you will play a pivotal role in engaging prospects via Zoom, evaluating their fit for the Canadian Digital Adoption Program, and guiding them towards embracing our grant-related services. Your persuasive communication skills, understanding of selling best practices and diligent outreach will be crucial in securing agreements for our tailored services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Initiate daily calls to engage with warm inbound Facebook leads.
- Nurture prospects through various stages of the sales pipeline with effective follow-up strategies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate CRM notes for every prospect interaction.
- Conduct Zoom meetings, skillfully presenting our services and securing agreements to proceed.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record in sales or closing roles, preferably within an online or e-commerce environment.
- Exceptional communication skills to build rapport and influence decisions effectively.
- Proficient negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Tech-savvy with expertise in online sales platforms, CRM systems, and communication tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work on a 100% commission basis.
- Access to a computer/laptop and familiarity with digital technologies for small businesses (e.g., web, social media, e-commerce).
- Adept at using NEPQ selling methodologies.

**Salary**: $150,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
