**Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Process**: Support our executive sales team by through our sales funnel and maintaining our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

2. **Trainual Process Building**: Contribute to the creation, implementation, and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) in our Trainual platform, ensuring all instructional documentation is modern and precise.

3. **Automation Workflow Creation**: Assist in the development and fine-tuning of automated workflows to enhance proficiency in both our sales strategies and administrative duties.

4. **Editorial Tasks**: Review and proofread sales copy, ensuring all output materials are well-defined, exact, and professionally presented.

5. **Delegation Tasks**: Help organically delegate tasks across the team, using project management tools/CRM to warrant fluid operations and effective time management.

6. **Sales Support**: Assist in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
1. **High School Student**: Enrollment in a high school with an expressed interest in Business, or a related field.

2. **Editorial Skills**: Exceptional writing and proofreading skills, with a solid knack for producing clear, compelling, and professional-grade copy.

3. **Trainual Proficiency**:Prior engagement with, or keen readiness to become proficient in, the Trainual platform, encompassing aspects such as the formulation, implementation, and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

4. **Technically-Inclined Mindset**:Fundamental understanding of automated workflow design and a demonstrated propensity for learning, enhancing, and deploying increasingly complex automation systems.

5. **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6. **Computer Literacy**: Proficient in the MS Office Suite and a desire to learn new CRM software.
