Mobile Squad is looking to hire a skilled Cellular Telephone Technician at full-time, permanent position.

**Position**:Cellular Telephone Technician

**Number of working hours**: 40 hours per week

**Required experience**: 6 months and above

**Joining date**: As soon as possible

**Job Type**:Full-time, Permanent (LMIA Supported, if required)

**Job Duties**:

- Diagnose and repair cell phone hardware and software issues of Android and iPhones, iPads, etc.
- Replace damaged or malfunctioning components such as screens, batteries, and charging ports with Soldering.
- Able to do the soldering and mainboard (PCB) work.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of devices to ensure optimal performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cell phone technology and repair techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate repair options and timelines effectively
- Manage inventory of replacement parts and order new stock as needed
- Document all repairs and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner

**Skills**
- Strong aptitude, desire, and/or experience in repairing electronics
- Knowledge of Android and Apple operating systems
- Strong technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of smartphone and tablet functionality both hardware and software
- Self-motivated and sales-driven. Have the ability to connect with and influence customers
- Take personal pride and satisfaction in providing the customer with the complete solution for all their wireless needs
- Work best in a collaborative, small team environment
- Ability to work flexible retail hours

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
