**Our team is growing We are currently looking for an experienced psychometrist to work under the supervision of our registered psychologists to administer a variety of psychological testing for children, youth, and adults querying neurodevelopmental disorders, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. We have immediate opportunities at our Toronto and Guelph area offices.**

- Psychological assessment and intervention for children, youth, and adults
- General counselling, psychotherapy and assessment services
- Supervised Psychological Services
- Specialized supports, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Speech Language Therapy services for people with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurodevelopmental disorders
- Psychological assessment and supervised psychological treatment through Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB)
- Partnerships with Indigenous communities throughout Ontario

**Qualifications/Requirements**

**You will**:

- Have a Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
- Have at least 1 year experience administering psychological testing under the supervision of a registered psychologist.
- Demonstrate competency in completion of standardized psychological tests, including cognitive, academic, memory, executive function, social emotional, and Autism specific test batteries.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work respectfully with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Have excellent problem-solving, time-management, organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong report writing skills.

**Responsibilities**:
Under the supervision of a registered psychologist, the psychometrist will:

- Complete an initial interview with the registered psychologist and client to clarify referral reason.
- Complete a clinical interview with the client/family.
- Complete a battery of tests as directed by the registered psychologist, including cognitive, academic, memory, executive function, social emotional, and Autism specific testing as needed.
- Meet with the registered psychologist to review assessment data.
- Prepare a written report containing assessment results, diagnostic considerations, and recommendations as directed by the registered psychologist.
- In conjunction with the registered psychologist, communicate psychological testing results in a feedback meeting with the client, family, and other stakeholders (e.g., school personnel, service navigators, etc.), as appropriate.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
