WorkerBee.TV is looking for a **Product Manager/Business Analyst** for our suite of SaaS Media, Online Learning & Events Platform that are built to make it easy for Associations to be world-class publishers of multimedia content that informs, educates and inspires their members.

The **Product Manager/Business Analyst **will report to the Vice-President and work closely with the Design, Web Development and Deployment teams. You will also interface with Account Management and clients as well as Sales to ensure that you have access to emerging needs and trends that can be incorporated into future versions of our SaaS platforms.

**Core responsibilities**:

- Collaborate to define the product/platforms vision and roadmap
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and document requirements for product features and enhancements
- Analyze client needs, research market trends and competitive offerings to ensure products meet the needs of business stakeholders and future proofs our product offerings
- Translate business requirements into user stories and product backlogs for the development and design teams
- Define functional requirements and enhancements needed for new and existing SaaS Products
- Participate in Sprints to align the product design with business goals and client needs
- Participate in Scrums and interface with Quality Assurance to ensure that the product is meeting specifications
- Work with the Sales and Marketing teams, as required to develop go-to-market strategies
- Demos for clients / new product training development
- Continuous feedback / enhancement backlog identification and management
- Establish and maintain formal client advisory board framework to solicit input directly from WorkerBee.TV clients that can be integrated into our product vision and roadmap
- Impact analysis of changes and refinement of backlog as appropriate
- Work with the Designer on features and flows
- Ensure functional requirements can be delivered in our UX and within the structure of our products (performance, security, ADA and other technical, governmental and financial standards)
- Balance technical and user specifications in product design
- Ensure products maintain a database driven and API structure to allow for future growth and third party integrations
- Confirm development goals are met by completing functional testing / user acceptance testing
- Help ensure that documentation and other standards are completed to allow for SaaS deployment for new clients and upgrades to existing clients.

**Attitudes, skills, experience, and characteristics that are required to support your success in this role will include**:

- 3+ years of experience in SaaS product ownership and/or business analysis
- Previous experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) a considerable asset
- Previous experience in the Association market space or industry knowledge an asset
- Previous experience in Agile development processes
- Understanding of the UX experience
- Familiar with project management software such as Robohead, Jira and Firepoker.io
- Strategic and creative thinker
- Client-oriented and focused on creating value for all stakeholders, you are exceptional at building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels
- Well-developed communication and listening skills to engage in positive and persuasive dialogue effectively across numerous departments and levels - both verbally and in writing
- Highly organized - strong planning, time management, and prioritization skills as well as accuracy, and attention to detail are critical
- Daring, kind, a team player and a pro
