Algorithmics, a leading Edtech company, is seeking a passionate and experienced game designer to join our team as a Teacher for the Game Design club using Roblox Studio. Our mission is to develop feature-ready education that teaches people 21st-century skills and sets the trend for the education market.

**What you will have to do**:

- Create a cool, inspiring environment that motivates you and your students to rush to every day.
- Teach and inspire small groups of up to 12 students.
- Motivate, guide, and help students with their tasks and projects.
- Provide feedback to parents on their children's successes and difficulties.

**And what you exactly will not do**:

- Write methodological guidelines and lesson plans. Everything is already done.
- Spend time checking homework. We do not assign any.
- Mess around with paperwork. There are no reports or unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Check "simple" tasks. An auto-check is provided, and the focus is on creativity.

**What skills are required?**
- Mastery of the basic tools of **Roblox Studio** and knowledge of the appropriate commands of the Lua language.
- Know **Python**. If you are great with something else — it's marvelous We have a wide range of courses and can connect you to several of them.
- Familiarity with **Scratch**
- Love to teaching. This may not be a skill, but it is a super important condition.
- Pre-Intermediate/Intermediate level of English language knowledge.
- Ability to explain complex things in simple words.
- Experience working with children aged 9-17.
