Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and other team members
- Escort trucks into and offsite, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Check truck loads for compliance with safety and weight regulations
- Verify delivery locations and ensure correct materials are being delivered
- Monitor traffic flow and ensure trucks are not blocking traffic or causing congestion
- When required, safety oversee and direct the dumping of loads at stockpile sites
- Maintain accurate records of all trucks entering and leaving the site
- Assist with general site maintenance as needed

Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid Class 5 driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately record and report information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

**Working Conditions**:

- Must complete all pre-qualification and site access tests required to work and stay at the BHP Jansen Potash Mine
- This position has a schedule of 10 Days on, 4 Days off at the BHP Jansen Mine Camp.
