Blind Assembler

**Job Summary**

This role involves fabricating and assembling components in our warehouse environment, ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications. The Assembler will work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

**Duties**
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assemble components accurately and efficiently.
- Operate hand tools and power tools to fabricate parts as required.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in the operation of forklifts for moving materials within the warehouse (if certified).
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and improve processes.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, blueprints, or schematics as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar assembly or manufacturing role in blind & curtain industry is a must.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with hand tools and power tools.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints or schematics.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required, standing for extended periods during shifts.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Blind Assembly: 2 years (required)
- Hand tools: 2 years (required)
