We offer professional services while having a full understanding of the nanny and childcare industry as our founder has been in private childcare for over 23 years and we are able to access her knowledge on a daily basis as needed. Meaning that both the nanny and family can be supported and assisted in the best way possible.

We have open positions for all nannies and we are open to assisting you wiht your resume and additinoal education if necessary. We will also invite you to additional trainings that are run by the company.

We are thrilled to be assisting a really wonderful family who are looking for their first nanny for their first child. The parents are looking for a nanny to work with them on a live out permanent basis, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. Saturday and Sunday are not required.

They are looking for an experienced nanny to provide excellent childcare for their 6-month-old baby.

The nanny must be able to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the baby, including feeding, changing diapers, and arranging playtime activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the safety and well-being of the baby
- Preparing healthy meals and feeding the baby on time
- Changing diapers and maintaining baby hygiene
- Engaging the baby in age-appropriate playtime and educational activities
- Creating a comfortable and clean sleep environment for the baby
- Maintaining open communication with the parents regarding the baby’s daily schedule and progress
- Light house work related to baby's needs (e.g. baby's laundry)

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a nanny or a caregiver for infants
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to keep a detailed record of baby's activities and development
- Must be dependable and punctual

**Top 3 attributes**:
**Experience working with infants**: The ideal nanny should have experience working with infants, specifically babies around six months old. They should be knowledgeable about the developmental milestones that a baby at this age typically reaches and be equipped to provide appropriate care, like feeding and maintaining hygiene.

**Patience and nurturing skills**:Caring for a baby can be challenging at times and the ideal nanny should have the compassion, patience, and nurturing skills required to keep the baby calm, comfortable, and happy. They should be attentive to the baby's needs and be able to provide emotional support and comfort when necessary.

**Safety-conscious**: Safety should be a top priority for any nanny. The ideal nanny should be aware of the potential hazards common in a home with an infant and be able to take proactive measures to avoid accidents. They should also have knowledge of infant CPR and first aid in case of an emergency.

**Other attributes that are important to us are**: dependability, punctuality, excellent communication, and organization.

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
