**The Role**
We are currently seeking a Part-time Clinical Intake Coordinator to join our Clinical team to support our Veteran’s 10-day retreat program. The Clinical Intake Coordinator is responsible for doing clinical intake and biopsychosocial assessments for retreat guests and Veterans. For RP qualifying, this is a good opportunity to gain more experience in the field.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- General administrative tasks related to clinical assessment and intake
- Biopsychosocial intake
- Data entry into the Jane system
- Assisting clients/guests over the phone, with regard to intake
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and working with confidential records
- Filing and document maintenance
- Entering client data

**Qualifications**

Master’s degree in social work, Degree in Psychotherapy or equivalent certification(s).
- RP and RP Qualifying are eligible for this role. Members of other colleges that can practice psychotherapy are also welcome to apply.
- Proficiency with Jane would be an asset.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Any experience or knowledge of assessment processes with Greenspace will be considered an asset

**LOCATION**: This is a virtual role.
