The housekeeper adheres to the regulations and guidelines established by The Bethany Group and is responsible
for the housekeeping duties at the building of responsibility. The housekeeper works under the supervision of
the Housing Manager, Housing & Community Services. The person in this position is paid an hourly rate for
cleaning services, based on an established number of cleaning hours.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in cleaning and janitorial work
- Good communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Follows cleaning schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.,) as per department***
- Cleans assigned areas, furnishings, and fixtures according to established procedures.
