**Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer data
- Leadership abilities to guide account teams and drive results
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing accounts
- Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements effectively
- Experience in business development and account management
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
