Bud Tender

Budtenders are the heart of our operation.
They are the first point of contact for customers and a source of knowledge for many. Budtenders are responsible for providing customers with product knowledge and customer support while maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
This includes, assisting the management team with the activities and operations of the store while abiding by all policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Budtenders will also be provided with ample opportunity to expand their own connoisseur skills on a regular basis through Seed & Stone in-house & external trainings.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Selling it Right Standard Certificate
- Desire and ability to develop a positive in-depth understanding of cannabis
- experience with sales and customer service experience in retail or hospitality and extensive customer-facing interactions
- Ability to diplomatically and professionally interact with customers at all times

**Typical responsibilities of the job include**:

- Driving store level KPI's and overall results.
- Managing schedules and zoning of all store employees.
- Comprehend, apply, follow and enforce guidelines as required by industry regulations
