**RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Experience with following: curtain wall, window wall, building facade, glazing, doors and windows, glass and railings.
- Preparation of correspondence for Management upon request
- Responsible for opening new supplier accounts according to project checklist, ensuring all documentations is completed and accurate
- Send, track and receive signed contracts and P.O’s along with all corresponding transmittals
- Maintain a filing system
- Preparation of reports as requested by Management
- Match acknowledgment and packing slips with invoices
- Maintain a client database, ensuring necessary information is obtained from the General Contractors
- Daily monitoring and follow up of new and previous tender’s postings and invitations
- Define scope of work in collaboration with Senior Management to create breakdown, drawings and schedule for project completion
- Responsible for estimating and preparing quotations by calculating complete take-off, scope of work, compiling prices, material prices, labour costs, extra work and equipment cost based on drawings and specifications
- Liaise with operations for site specific information needed to prepare quotations and proposals, as well as attend site visits.
- Translate and communicate information through various in house programs
- Obtain quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers and maintain back up files of estimate figures
- Analyze supplier quotation and negotiating price and product availability
- Communicate effectively with sales representatives, clients, contractors, site personnel, installers and supervisors

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience with preparation of the following using AutoCad: Architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details, shop drawings, design of architectual assemblies and creation of drawings
- Technically qualified with a diploma of architectural/ structural AutoCAD is an asset
- Ability to demonstrate exceptionally accurate and competent CAD drafting capabilities
- Capability to work independently and have the ability to develop design concepts Task / goal-oriented and value your commitments
- Multi-task between several projects at the same time when needed
