**Position Overview**:
Amalfi's Trattoria & Bar is seeking passionate and skilled Bartenders to join our team. As a Bartender, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, engage with guests, and contribute to the success of our bar program. **Responsibilities**:

- Craft a diverse range of cocktails, including classic Italian favorites and signature creations, with precision and flair.
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, offering recommendations and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including stocking supplies and sanitizing equipment.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop beverage pairings that complement our menu offerings.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices and uphold all relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, while also processing credit card payments through our POS system.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
- Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
- Must be of legal drinking age and eligible to work in Ontario, Canada.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., Smart Serve).
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
