**The position Head Brewer is responsible for monitoring and carrying out brew house and cellar operations. This is currently a single brewer operation, we are seeking someone with great energy, true passion for craft beer and a focus on Innovation and keeping consistent core beers.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be accountable for brew house operations through to bright beer, Kegging, Keeping serving tanks full, CIP and sterilization, yeast collection and handling, and all associated tasks.**
**- Organize and plan daily/weekly activities**:

- Maintain consistent high quality of our core brands.**:

- Development of seasonal and collaborative brands**:

- Monitor and test at all stages against QA guidelines**:

- Keep meticulous brewing records**:

- Material and supply management**:

- Lead improvement based initiatives**:

- Maintain high level of safety, quality and compliance standards**:

- Occasionally represent the Brewery at events and festivals**

**This is a Full-Time, Hourly position with salary range based on experience starting at $26/hr, depending qualifications.**

**Qualifications**:
**Head Brewing experience, 3 year**
**Formal education preferred**
**Forklift certification an asset**
**First Aid Level 1 an asset. Experience with Ekos program an asset**
**Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required**
**Schedule flexibility a must - afternoon/evening shift required**
**Must be able to frequently lift up to 25 kgs**
**Passion and creativity**

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour
