As a Junk Removal Technician at 604-Trash-It, you will play a vital role in our commitment to excellence in junk removal services. Your primary responsibilities will include efficiently and safely removing unwanted items from residential and commercial spaces, ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

**Duties**:

- **Junk Removal**:

- Safely and efficiently remove various types of junk, debris, and unwanted items from client locations.
- Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to handle heavy or bulky items with care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after removal processes.
- Ensuring all equipment and tools are ready for your scheduled jobs.
- Updating your schedules software for easy commuication with our office team.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a positive experience throughout the removal process.
- **Vehicle Operation**:

- Operate company vehicles with a focus on safety and adherence to traffic regulations.
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- **Recycling and Disposal**:

- Communicate with our office team for best practices to use for recycling and donations
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other team members to complete removal projects efficiently.
- Assist in training new team members and share knowledge and best practices.
- Updating jobs with clear information for invoicing purposes

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in junk removal, moving, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with handling various tools and equipment used in the removal process.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
