**Position details**

Reporting to the Director of Massage Therapy and Care, the Massage Therapy and Care Coordinator is responsible for matching the availability of self-employed massage therapists with the operational needs of the site.

**What you'll be doing**
- Manage the administrative files of self-employed workers: create computer access, create personal file with accounting;
- Schedule all massage therapists, taking into account workers' availability and operational needs for the coming months;
- Monitor schedule changes (additions and deletions) and find solutions to cover emergencies;
- Plan and maximize occupancy of massage rooms;
- Follow-up with accounting for payroll/billing of self-employed workers;
- Manage groups and special guests;
- Support the Director of Massage Therapy and Care in all administrative tasks;
- Perform any other related tasks.

**Profile required**
- Fluently bilingual (French and English);
- Experience in managing schedules for a large team is required;
- Diploma in administration or management would be an asset;
- Experience with SpaBooker software would be an asset;
- Ability to organize work and manage priorities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude, resourcefulness, calm under pressure.

**Salary**

According to current salary scale, plus benefits related to Nordik Spa-Nature.

**Work schedule**

You will work 40 hours/week on a flexible schedule (days, weekends, holidays).
