Dispatcher

Pope & Sons Refrigeration Inc. is Central Island’s most trusted HVAC experts. We have been providing heating and cooling solutions to our customers for nearly 50 years.

As Dispatcher, you will be the voice of the company and the friendly person to greet our customers. Answering a multi-line switchboard, you will be responsible for booking service and diagnostic jobs, collecting payment, and transferring calls as required. Knowledge of Central Vancouver Island will be an asset to efficiently schedule our technicians.

Strong communication and multitasking are essential to succeed in this position. Duties include, but not limited to are as follows:

- Answering a multi-line switchboard
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs
- Scheduling service and repair appointments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Administration Duties

**Experience & skills**:

- Switchboard Experience
- Knowledge of Central Vancouver Island
- Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
