**Job description**
- Doing Store visits and Engaging with prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Promoting our brand
- Recording customer feedback and relay them to the marketing team
- Representing our brand at promotional events and other marketing initiatives
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using script
- Responding to customer questions and concerns in-person, by phone, and via social media
- Answer questions about products
- Encourage to complete the survey and send marketing material
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sale
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Train store employees on the product
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
**Requirements**:
- G License and available to visit stores
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Telecommunication industry experience preferred
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary education focusing on Business, Marketing, or Public Relations
- 1 or more years of experience in a similar role considered a strong asset
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, warm personality
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work on a variable schedule
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
