**Department Overview: **

Within the Ticket Sales & Service department, Premium Ticketing is a fast-paced department concentrated on driving revenue and delivering exceptional, high-end experiences for Toronto Blue Jays guests. The team focuses on consistently delivering upscale, success-driven events, with the mission of making our clients the hero and assisting them in achieving a return on investment. We strive to develop a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship with our clients and become a staple in their ongoing hospitality strategy.

**Role Overview: **

The Premium Experience Team position represents the Premium team as the first and lasting impression for our suite & club guests. This role serves as the main point of contact for both guests and staff on Rogers Centre’s suite levels and in our Premium spaces during Toronto Blue Jays Baseball games and all other non-baseball events. 

**Responsibilities **
- Engage in fan-facing game day service, including greeting guests, assisting with ticket support and resolving guest issues - escorting guests to seats where needed
- Provide consistent and superior service in all dealings with guests
- Support game day set-up as needed 
- Greet guests in an upbeat, professional and friendly manner 
- Assist guest with ticket support and other service resolutions during their entry experience 
- Correspond with catering staff and respond to inquiries about tickets or general stadium information in a positive and efficient manner 
- Work closely with security and ticketing staff to support a safe, efficient and welcoming entry experience for guests 
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the stadium, event details, service processes and available support staff - to provide information to guests pertaining to Rogers Centre and the various locations within the stadium
- Must have the ability the make decisions independently in response to service issues or in support of both clients and staff 
- Employ an outgoing, proactive, organized and caring approach in response to all guests’ needs 

**Qualifications **
- Up to 2 years of proven customer service and/or related experience is required 
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and effectively multi-task with attention to detail 
- Ability to think critically and strategically to both proactively and reactively solve service issues 
- Strong written and verbal communication skills 
- Friendly and professional demeanor 
- Ability to connect with premium guests and manage difficult conversations 
- Ability to work independently 
- Knowledge of baseball and passion for the Blue Jays  
- Ability to work outside of typical business hours, including evenings and weekends, is required given the Toronto Blue Jays and Rogers Centre event schedule 

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal

Day range:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Shift:

- 8 hour shift
