Legal Receptionist

Full Time Permanent Position.

Office based.

Salary will be determined based on assets and commensurate with the experience of the successful applicant or Salary Range:
Minimum of three to five years experience in similar positions within a legal background.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong written and verbal communication confidently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team using initiative.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Data entry/management.
- Ability to complete work objectives with mínimal supervision.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting clients, being first point of contact to clients contacting the office and transferring calls when necessary.
- Filing documents/cases, calendar management for professionals and providing admin support when necessary.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Ensuring the office is kept clean and in good order such as clearing boardrooms after use.
- Collecting cheques or other documents from clients and taking payments.
- Ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of work and work under pressure.
