**Job description**

As a retail sales associate, your responsibilities will be as follows:

- Perform daily store opening and closing tasks (Will include cleaning of displays and counters, sweeping, and vacuuming of the sales area).
- Keep store clean and tidy at all times.
- Greet and validate customer ID.
- Assist all customers that visit the store.
- Acquire deep product knowledge by following company provided training programs.
- Provide an informative and educational shopping experience by sharing product knowledge and having a customer-focused mindset.
- Handle all customer requests and complaints professionally and courteously.
- Operate and balance POS terminal.
- Adhere to all company policies (Security, loss prevention, general policies).
- Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers.
- Assist with receiving and maintaining inventory accurately.
- Ability to learn quickly and accept feedback.

Associate must be:

- Team Player

**Requirements**:

- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Cannabis interest and passion is an asset
- Hold a mandatory CannSell certification
- Work well with others
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in POS systems and general Microsoft products
- Must be available to work flexible hours (Evening, Weekends and Holidays)
- Successfully complete a criminal background and reference check
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends consistently
- Must have cannabis knowledge

We are currently looking for both full time and part time candiadates, we look forward to meeting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
