Parcel Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide reports to Terminal Manager- Oversee Independent Courier Operations- Oversee 22 routes- Supervise 6 parcel dock employees and operations- Review service KPI's with IC's- Analyze driver and route efficiencies- OS&D- Customer Service**Job Requirements**:

- Previous Courier experience is preferred
- Previous Dock experience is preferred
- Good typing/data entry and clerical skills
- Able to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Attention to detail in all areas of work
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
