**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Responsible for parts kitting in preparation for PM work
- Assist in specifying and ordering parts and materials.
- Produce a weekly Maintenance Work Schedule and a Projected Work Schedule for three to four weeks.
- Generate Reports to inform the management team of work progress and future work schedules and KPIs
- Review all planned work requests and determine the validity and accuracy of information.
- Review the work to be performed and determine the best way to accomplish the work.
- Identifies and secures all parts and materials required to complete the work.
- Determine and identify any delivered services for the work order.
- Develop a preliminary Work Force Schedule by crew, ensuring all skills requirements and resource availability are met.
- Finalize the Maintenance Resource Schedule based on the agreed plan with production.
- Follow up and communicate the schedule to all resources.
- Issue schedule to the Supervisor.
- Follow up with the Supervisor that completed work jobs are turned in and updated in the CMMS.
- Manage a backlog of work orders in CMMS which require equipment to be scheduled.
- Review completed work orders for completeness and accuracy, updating machinery history data in CMMS.
- Contributes to an accident-free work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous maintenance experience as an asset

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Mechanical engineering and/or equivalent years of related experience
- 2-3 years of manufacturing experience
- Experience using CMMS system as an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 2-3 years of manufacturing experience
- Previous maintenance experience
