**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, etc.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Repair or replace broken equipment parts
- Install appliances, fixtures, and other items as needed
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of work performed

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance techniques
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Certification in a relevant trade (e.g., plumbing, electrical)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
