The Information Management Branch (IMB) delivers a full suite of information management and technology services to the Ministry of Finance and Office of the Premier, as well as Government House, Ministers’ Offices, and a number of boards and commissions.

The UX Service Design Specialist provides leadership, expertise and creative solutions to accessible and inclusive service design, user experience design and the digital strategy. This position requires a broad and open view of service delivery in a public service context, experience with service design methodology, service patterns, prototyping, accessible design and a commitment to improving services for citizens, staff and stakeholders.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in Library Science, User Experience Design, Computing Science, or other related discipline; OR,
- A combination of education, training and equivalent experience may be considered. Equivalent experience is defined as actual experience utilizing user experience design methods.
- Minimum 2 years of experience utilizing user experience design methods (design research, strategy development) to plan and build web priorities, including experience in information architecture, content development, basic web graphic development and interaction design.
- Preference may be given to experience with forms design and services design
