Outbound Telemarketer

**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
- Present products or services persuasively and accurately
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Keep detailed records of calls and customer information in the CRM system
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to speak Spanish is advantageous
- Knowledge of technical sales, technology sales, or inside sales is beneficial

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
