Nozzleperson - Shotcrete

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring all areas to receive shotcrete are clean, sound, and free of loose material
- Always working safely and respectfully on NorLand and client job sites
- Operating as a productive member of a high-functioning team

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience with shoring methods and on a shoring site (Able to tie steel & mesh/Nozzle Wet Shotcrete)
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of proper shotcrete equipment setup
- ACI certified (ACI CP-60) an asset
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. unassisted and be fit to work
- Willingness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, and in deep excavations
- A valid BC Driver’s license is considered an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing

This is a Unionized position with LiUNA Local 1611 Construction and Specialized Worker’s Union. This position will earn Union wages and will have access to extended Union healthcare and benefits, a Union-sponsored pension plan, and additional training through the Training Plan.

Pay: $34.76-$43.81 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lower Mainland, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Shotcrete equipment set-up: 2 years (required)
- Shoring: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- ACI Certification (required)
