**Your Role**:

- Complete maintenance of process and facilities-related equipment for clean room membrane manufacturing
- Perform breakdown repair and preventive maintenance for process and facilities equipment
- Coordinate with external service providers for calibration and maintenance not performed by in
- house staff
- Conduct troubleshooting related to equipment breakdowns and quality issues
- Follow all relevant procedures and document activities as required utilizing local ERP system (SAP)
- General maintenance support for Burlington site, including building interior, laboratories, warehouse, office space, and common areas
- Procure spare and replacement parts as required for maintenance activities
- Participate in equipment installation, modification, qualification, and validation to support product and R&D requirements
- All other duties as assigned

Location: onsite in Burlington Ontario

**Who You Are**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Certified gas or refrigeration technician, millwright, electrician, or maintenance mechanic with 3+ years of work experience in maintenance of process and facilities equipment
- High School diploma or GED

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with the following areas is desirable:

- Life Science or the medical device industry
- Cleanroom HVAC operation and maintenance
- Roll goods / web-based manufacturing
- High purity water systems
- GMP manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills and the flexibility to perform varied tasks with consistent high quality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to efficiently coordinate and communicate with internal staff as well as external contractors
- Experience authoring and revising process documentation
