NATURE, SCOPE & OBJECTIVE

Process QA outbound orders involving asset tagging, testing and equipment (digital Signage, computers) verification.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow QA worksheet created by sales/IMAC/project coordinator. Includes following customized checklists for certain equipment.
- Label, capture and verify serial, asset tag and MAC address physically and within internal order processing system.
- Test and inspect digital signage (OLED TV's), computer equipment for any defective issues or physical damages. If equipment is damaged or defective, proper RMA process is followed with the RMA team.
- Verify all digital signage, computer peripheral and their respective part number against QA worksheet and report any discrepancies.
- Ensure orders are processed within SLA timelines.
- Assist other team members when needed.
- Clean and sanitize redeployed equipment, meeting agreed upon quality standards with our client.

Skills/Experience
- Experience working in a Warehouse environment
- Digital Signage knowledge or experience
- Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook and Teams).
- Physical labor involved, in terms of lifting TV's

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Expected hours: 8 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required
