Toronto, Canada Dart Container Full time

Process claims for various contract price and promotional trade agreements for Dart distributors and end users.

Maintain Allowance programs including: Local, Corporate, Buying Group, and National Account/End User.

**Day-to-Day Role**:

- Process customer end-user contract claims using appropriate software
- Identify, research, resolve, and communicate issues related to assigned claims
- Provide customer service by responding to inquiries relating to contract pricing and promotional trade claims in accordance with the Dart Canada Dispute Management workflow
- Maintain Dart Claim-back and Margin Recovery logs
- Assist in training other personnel on CPA claim processes
- Calculate and process Allowance Agreements using SAP and Excel
- Recognize, research, resolve, and communicate issues related to Allowance Agreements
- Assist with various requests such as Allowance inquiries and payment details
- Responsible for making sure Agreements entered in Vistex/SAP are saved, approved, and posted.
- Consult and keep management apprised on significant account developments or activities
- Assist with various requests (e.g., product purchase analysis, contract price sales history, etc.) as needed

**Core Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of pricing and /or claims experience
- Math skills to include simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions and decimals
- Familiarity and working knowledge of SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills (e.g., formulas such as V-lookup & pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical skills with an emphasis on extracting/combining viable and conclusive business information from various data sources. (e.g., pricing, allowance programs, sales information, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with mínimal supervision
- Ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks, projects and priorities
- Able to stay focused and engaged in a work environment that is open and active
- Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change, mínimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes to internal and external customers
- Ability to exhibit creativity and flexibility when solving complex problems

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- College/University Degree in Business, Finance or other related field
