We have an opportunity for you to join our team We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly individual to fill the full-time role of Sales & Design Consultant.

This opportunity will appeal to a creative go-getter who is looking for a place to challenge themselves, implement ideas, establish, and foster strong relationships with industry professionals, clients & colleagues - all with the ambition of acquiring a sale and creating the design of the client’s dreams.

A flexible working schedule is required, as evenings and/or Saturday appointments are available by appointment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Based in our Winnipeg showroom, you will seek out and generate new sales from builders, renovators & interior designers, as well as servicing online & walk-in clients.
- Consult with clients to understand their style and identify their cabinet needs to create design solutions within required timelines and budgets.
- Provide clients & installers with detailed and efficient plans, including consideration for ergonomics and safety in designs, appliance specs, finishes and available spaces.
- Prepare accurate price quotes & contracts.
- Conduct site visits, including measures, and working with trades regarding electrical, plumbing, etc.
- Connect with clients during and after installation to ensure a successful result.

**Skills**:

- Previous design experience preferred (3-5 years)
- Proven sales experience an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of building/construction an asset
- Experience with 20/20 Design software
- Strong math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to organize and manage time well
- Mobility: working in our Winnipeg showroom, you will work with local clients throughout the city of Winnipeg and surrounding area.

**Compensation**:

- Base salary plus sales commission

**Salary**: $47,000.00-$83,000.00 per year
