Reporting to the Director, the Tax Fraud and Investigations Analyst has responsibility to monitor, plan and conduct risk analysis of individuals and businesses involving non-compliance and/or fraud relating to evasion of tax under all statutes administered by the Ministry of Finance and under the Criminal Code of Canada. The Tax Fraud and Investigations Analyst will also provide assistance to investigative teams regarding completion of Reports to Crown Counsel.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma, certification or equivalent in a related discipline such as administrative law, investigation and enforcement, or criminology.

Preference may be given to applicants with:

- Experience conducting research and analysis.
- Experience investigating and preparing information for reports.
