**Infrastructure Systems Analyst / DevOps**

About the Role

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Designing and deploying infrastructure for Maples systems and related business systems;
- Defining operational requirements (e.g. fault tolerance, redundancy, and security) for Maples Infrastructure and related business systems;
- Maintaining operational efficiency of the Maples systems whilst working with global infrastructure teams and external service providers;
- Responsible for the integration and operations to support business needs; incident management level 2 and 3 / troubleshooting / root-cause analysis, monitoring and reporting on systems availability, performance and capacity;
- Participate in the global infrastructure change management and Maples DR testing;
- Proactively developing tools and processes to support the release management of Maples software;
- Maintaining leading edge knowledge on emerging technologies to provide guidance on infrastructure direction for Maples through attendance at appropriate courses / conferences and self-directed learning.

**Requirements**:

- 10 years of experience as an IT generalist
- Demonstrate a high level proficiency in Citrix, VMware, Windows, IIS, SQL, Filesite, MSHARE, Primacy, Geneva, E-Investor, Investran;
- Ability to develop tools and processes;
- Attention to detail, professionalism, excellent organizational skills, and a team-first mentality;
- Be a self-starter with the ability to handle a diverse workload;
- Problem solving mindset and solution driven;
