Position: Jr Accounts Receivables Guru (Team Member to AR and Finance as a whole)

Location: Peterborough Airport Area

**Job Type**: Monday to Friday during the day, No Shifts, Weekends Off - Full time

**Who Are We?**

We are an aircraft parts specialist with two Canadian locations established in 1994.

**Get Inspired by the Work You’ll Do**
- Checking customer invoices for accuracy (Halleluiah to A-Type Personalities)
- Data Entry for invoices & credits (Calling all Data Entry Experts)
- Liaison with customer to resolve invoice issues (We love to help others)
- Assist with credit card payments & other administration duties (A Team-player attitude is a MUST)

**Don’t know aircraft or airplane parts? That’s okay - you don’t need to**

**Assets**:

- Great attitude and works well with others
- Education in administration, bookkeeping or business
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in English
- Excellent computer skills and ability to work in Microsoft programs
- Strong communication skills - both verbal & written
- Previous work experience in bookkeeping.
- Can work with mínimal supervisor
- Knowledge of bookkeeping software
- Willing to go the extra mile

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
