With decades of experience, we offer professional, technical, and civil services for new tower installations, modifications, equipment commissioning, civil work, and more. Our expertise extends to private network installations, including wireless LAN, cellular boosters, and 5G solutions. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tower Technician at Aligned Telecom Solutions Inc. The Tower Technician will be responsible for tasks such as climbing daily, new tower installations, existing tower modifications, tower reinforcing, equipment installation, commissioning, and various telecommunications services. The role will also involve site surveys, construction preparation, materials assessment and testing.

Qualifications:

- Hand Tools, Maintenance & Repair, and Troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in wireless and LAN networking
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work at heights up to but not limited to 300 feet.
- Relevant certifications.

Some out of town work required.

Per Diems provided for out of town projects.

Starting wage between $22.00 and $29.00 per hour depending on experience.

Pay: $22.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: On the road
