**Ce que vous ferez**
- Effectuer des tests d'acceptation sur les unités de production
- Inspection visuelle de l'électronique au microscope
- Effectuer la vérification du matériel électronique
- Charger les logiciels de test
- Exécuter des scripts de tests fonctionnels
- Effectuer des tests de cycle thermique
- Documenter les résultats des tests
- Construire du matériel d'essai personnalisé tel que des harnais, des Équipements électriques de soutien au sol, des boîtiers mécaniques, des plaques de montage.
- Intégration du matériel d'essai ; modèles de vol et d'ingénierie avec EGSE (équipement électrique de soutien au sol) associé
- Souder divers composants sur nos cartes Q
- Exécution des procédures d'essai
- Soutien au laboratoire d'essai : étalonnage de l'équipement, vérification de décharge électrostatique (ESD), gestion de l'inventaire

**Vous devez avoir de l'expérience dans les domaines suivants**
- Travailler dans un environnement de laboratoire : décharge électrostatique, salles blanches, bancs d'essai, matériel de vol.
- Inspections de la qualité : IPC-A-610
- Soudure : Montage en surface et trous débouchant sur les circuits imprimés
- Assemblage, intégration et test aérospatiaux (AIT)
- Équipement électrique de soutien au sol (EGSE) : alimentations, multimètres, oscilloscopes
- Construction de faisceaux de câbles

**Expérience appréciée**:

- Lecture de dessins techniques
- Processus de fabrication des circuits imprimés
- Exécution de scripts de test automatisés
- Langage de script : Python
- Ligne de commande Linux
- Tout logiciel de CAO
- Contrôle de version

**What you will do**:

- Perform acceptance testing on production units
- Visual inspection of electronics under a microscope
- Perform hardware checkout of electronics
- Load test software
- Run functional test scripts
- Conduct thermal cycle testing
- Document test results
- Build custom test hardware such as harnesses, EGSE, mechanical enclosures, mounting plates
- Integration of test hardware; flight and engineering models with associated EGSE
- Solder various components onto our Q-cards
- Execute test procedures
- Perform test lab support; equipment calibration, ESD verification, inventory management

**You should have experience with**:

- Working in a lab environment: ESD, Clean-rooms, test benches, flight hardware
- Quality Inspections: IPC-A-610
- Soldering: Surface mount and through hole on PCB's
- Aerospace assembly, integration, and test (AIT)
- Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE): power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes
- Building Cable Harnesses

**Nice to have experience with**:

- Reading engineering drawings
- PCB manufacturing process
- Running automated test scripts
- Scripting language: Python
- Linux command line
- Any CAD Software
- Version control
