Malone’s Taphouse is known for its extensive selection of local craft beers on tap, delicious food, and electric atmosphere. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

What are we looking for?
- 3 + years of experience as a shift leader/manager is a MUST.
- 2 + Year of service experience is a MUST.
- Previous experience in a similar establishment (pubs, sports bars, or tap houses) is highly desirable
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong leadership abilities and a proactive mindset
- Floor Manager

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Supervises day-to-day function of all employees, facilities, sales, and costs
- Controls and analyses, on an ongoing basis, the following: guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, sanitation, and cleanliness.
- Ensures optimal service is being provided while maximizing profit potential
- Ensures enough staff on at all times to provide fast, effective service, generating the maximum possible revenue
