**This position will be working an afternoon shift from 3:30pm to 12:00am.**

We are seeking a Framer to join our growing team. The Framer is responsible for building components at the plant or on site and ensuring quality standards are met by the plant operations. The Framer performs builds and repairs, contributes to developing procedures for the plant operation and validating processes and helps to coordinate the operations and activities of the field and plant to assure consistent quality of construction.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in residential construction is required.
- Experience in framing and carpentry is required
- Able to effectively communicate and develop/maintain relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadline.
- Knowledge of health and safety policies.
- Ability to adapt to changing environment.
- Extensive knowledge of the Ontario Building Code
- Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
