We are currently looking for** 2(two) Students** to join our Talent Acquisition Team in a **Temporary Position** reporting to the Manager Talent Acquisition.

**What you’ll do**:
As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will:

- Conduct background checks.
- Submit requests for pre-employment testing and assessments.
- Update requisitions in iCIMS on a daily basis and throughout recruitments.
- Other recruitment-related projects as required.

You will be responsible for your personal safety and that of co-workers, by observing and ensuring compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations

***You recognize yourself in most of the following competencies, and where possible possess the skills and experience listed below:

- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business
- Experience in using SharePoint and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, considered an asset.
- Previous experience in a recruitment environment considered an asset.
- Results oriented and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proactive in nature with high level of energy.
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision, to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to work well with a team as well as independently.
- Experience with MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) required.
