- **Client Relations**: Maintain strong communication with clients, providing them with project updates and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- **Job Site Visits**: Visit job sites to build relationships, assess client needs, and ensure all customer expectations are met.
- **Event Representation**: Attend industry events, tradeshows, and networking functions to represent Sidhu Painting & Decorating and create new connections.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the project management and estimating teams to ensure smooth communication from lead generation to project completion.
- **Social Media and Digital Marketing**: Assist in managing online presence, including social media and the company website, to attract and engage new clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in marketing and sales, ideally in the construction, painting, or home improvement industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive sales.
- Willingness to visit job sites and engage with clients face-to-face.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
