**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Warehouse Specialist**:
- Monitor inventory system accuracy and maintain high standards for transactions and documentation operating. (All inventory movements, incoming/outgoing)
- Coordinate proper metering of outbound packages shipping via logistics companies to ensure proper destination and company billing.
- Collaborates with managers/personnel, purchasing staff, vendors to ensure that there is an adequate supply of materials available by effectively receiving, inspecting, storing, retrieving, staging and delivering, equipment materials, and supplies
- Conducts regular and/or spot check inventories. Perform cycle counts
- Ensure warehouse is clean/tidy and up to standard as per ISO9001
- Create and provide ISO9001 monthly reporting
- Maintain and ensure equipment calibration certificate
- Other duties as assigned

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fort McMurray, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- warehouse: 3 years (preferred)
