Acupuncturist (New Grads Can Apply)

Physiocare Physiotherapy & Rehab Centre is seeking a dedicated Acupuncturist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an Acupuncturist at our clinic, you will have the opportunity to work alongside physiotherapists, massage therapists, kinesiologists, and physiotherapy assistants to provide exceptional care to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct assessments of clients to identify their specific needs and develop a personalized treatment plan based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles and an evidence-based approach
- Perform acupuncture treatments for a wide range of conditions, such as chronic pain, headaches, stress, anxiety, and digestive disorders
- Educate clients on the benefits of acupuncture and TCM, as well as lifestyle modifications and dietary recommendations
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure a coordinated and effective treatment plan for each client
- Attend professional development courses and workshops to continually improve your skills and knowledge in the field

**Requirements**:

- Must have a diploma or degree in Acupuncture from a recognized institution
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong knowledge of TCM principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for clients
- Registered with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO) or in the process of becoming registered

**Salary**:
The salary range for this position is CA$55.00 - CA$65.00 per hour, and will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
