Food & Beverage Supervisor
**Reports To**:
Food & Beverage Manager
**Summary**:
The Food & Beverage Supervisor assists the Food and Beverage Manager in managing the department to ensure superior guest satisfaction. This individual must be a team player who is enthusiastic with a willingness to learn new skills.

**Job Duties**:
- Assist with scheduling staff and preparing payroll
- Assist with Inventory and cost control
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a quick and effective manner
- Assist with basic restaurant operations.
- Ensure policies and standards are adhered to
- Supervise staff while building morale and fostering an environment of cooperation and efficiency
- Assist in employee performance reviews, evaluations, and discipline when required
**Requirements**:
- Able to maintain a security clearance
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to obtain AGLC Proserve and Reelfacts certifications
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred
- 1 - 2 years experience working in Food and Beverage operations
- Available to work all shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
- Point of Sales system knowledge
**Work Conditions**:
- Must be able to stand and/or for prolonged time periods
- Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and upward reaching
- Fast-paced working environment
