**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather project requirements and objectives
- Analyze project scope, timeline, and budget to develop accurate cost estimates
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio to track and document project progress
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings
- Prepare detailed project cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
- Present cost estimates to management and clients for review and approval
- Monitor project implementation to ensure adherence to estimated costs and identify any deviations
- Provide guidance and supervision to project teams during the estimation process
- Continuously improve estimation processes and tools based on lessons learned from previous projects

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in project estimation within a program management environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Proficiency in using project management software, such as Jira and Workday
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in estimating costs
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in project estimation

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)
