**Job description**

**This is a full time position only**

*No prior skydiving / tunnel flying experience required*

In a nutshell, the role involves looking after our customers from the moment they arrive on site, to the moment they leave - ensuring you and your personality provides them with nothing but the most incredible memories of their day out at iFLY.

There will naturally be a significant amount of time spent in our state-of-the-art flight chamber(s) and the role does involve working shifts in line with the 7 day-a-week operation.

You will be responsible for safety briefings, equipment checks, ‘in-air’ customer supervision, debriefs, wind speed controlling and generally doing whatever it takes to ensure the smooth running of the customer’s visit and their absolute satisfaction.

Finally, we expect all our team mates to keep our working environment respectful, lively, energetic and fun, because heading to work each day should be nothing but a good thing.
