Trackmobile Operator

Fisher Wavy is looking for a hard-working, self-motivated employee with a proven record of safety and reliability to fill the position of Trackmobile Operator. This is a full-time year-round position with competitive wages and a benefits package.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily pre-ops of trackmobile, rail cars and bag houses prior to starting each shift
- Operate trackmobile
- Spot rail cars, reposition rail cars and unload materials from rail cars
- During the winter months position required shovelling snow around rail and switches
- Attend daily safety meetings
- Maintain a clean work environment and ensure the clean up of any spills or garbage within the area
- Must be able to work as a team player, communicating with all site personnel and co-workers
- Will be required to complete daily inspections and reporting of production
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures: safety standards operations, maintenance, training, cleanliness standards, etc.

**Job Requirements**

**Education**
- Valid G Drivers License an asset
- Experience operating a Trackmobile an asset
- Experience with rail equipment an asset
- Experience with rail cars and unloading rail cars an asset

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Ability to adapt to last-minute changes as dictated by the needs of our business
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion when provided with instructions
- Availability on holidays and weekends when required
